How selection works

Three steps, and you'll always know where you stand.

No black box. Every team that applies hears back — here's exactly how the process runs.

Apply

You complete the application below — your idea, your incentive mechanism, your team and progress. It takes about 15 minutes.

→ Outcome: a confirmation, and your application enters review.

Assessment

SN20's selection team reviews every application. You'll be told either that you weren't selected this round, or that you're moving forward to an interview.

→ Outcome: a clear yes-to-interview, or an honest no.

Interview

A call with the selection team — a real discussion about your project. After it, you either take a slot in the intake, or join the waitlist for the next opening.

Every application is treated as confidential. Submissions are seen only by SN20's selection team for the purpose of review — they are not shared, published, or used to build competing work. Your idea is safe here.
